Aaron R. Bransky

Aaron Bransky concentrates in estate planning, elder law, medical assistance planning, trusts, and probate. He also practices in other areas including business and real estate.

Before entering private practice in Duluth, Aaron was a law clerk for two Federal Judges, including Senior Circuit Judge Gerald W. Heaney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Aaron is married with two grown children and is active in various community activities and organizations, including the Duluth Transit Authority, the Arrowhead Astronomical Society, St. Ann’s Home, and The Lake Superior Chamber Orchestra.

Aaron’s professional affiliations include memberships in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the 11th District Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council.
